Case study

Geoff directed and presented on a Senior Management Development Program for the Australian Division of a large multinational. By showing the managers of the different Business Units how to map their strategy, he helped them clarify the resources and capabilities they require to achieve their stated goals and simplified the communication of those needs to Corporate Head Office, to their peers and to their staff.
